Store Policies:
Please allow 2-10 days for delivery. All sales are final within 15 days of
receipt, unless prior arrangements have been made. Returned items MUST
be in saleable condition and accompanied by the original packing slips.
Customer pays for return shipping and credit will be issued for returned item
or items only. If you discover packing errors or damaged merchandise, please
notify us right away at customquiltsunlimited@yahoo.com. We will advice
you how to return these items for credit or replacement. Note: Shipping
charges are estimates only. There is a $2.00 handling charge added. Actual
shipping charges are based on weight, zone and insurance value.

Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. We do not give out our customer
information to anyone.

Sales Tax for Michigan Residents Only:
The invoice generated will reflect a 6% Michigan sales tax; we are obligated
to collect tax on the purchase. Thank you!

Payment Options:
All prices for products and shipping are in US dollars. We accept Visa,
Master Card, American Express, Paypal, and Discover. Your credit card will
be billed for the amount of your purchase, including tax (if applicable), plus the
shipping charges. (For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, we will also
gladly process your order by phone with a credit card, or mail with a money
order or check!)
